Who we are

BidNama is an early-stage product built by Tanmay Raut in Pune, India. For anything about your information, write to founder@bidnama.in.

What this website collects

• The website has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics.
• The early access form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with your details filled in, and you decide whether to send that email.
• Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Emails you send us

If you write to us, we keep what you send, such as your name, company, phone number and the kind of tenders you bid on. We use it to reply to you and to contact you about early access. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone except the provider that hosts our mailbox.

When the product is available

BidNama will ask for company details such as turnover, past orders and certificates, so it can compare your company with tender rules. Those details will be used only for that purpose. We will update this notice with full details before the product opens to users.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to founder@bidnama.in and we will act on your request.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
